Note: We do not ship merchandise internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands

We recommend that our customers insure all orders with a value of $100 or greater.

Shipping and Handling Policies

Regular

For Continental US, shipping via UPS allow up to 10 business days.

Next Day Express Delivery

Via UPS all orders received by 4:00 pm EST are shipped the same day (in stock items only). Express Next Day scheduled for Saturday delivery will incur an additional $20 surcharge.

Orders placed for next day delivery after 4:00 pm EST on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Note:  2nd Business Day Delivery: No Saturday deliveries.

Note:  When selecting Overnight or 2-day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Note:  Any item(s) weighting more than 20 lbs will incur additional shipping charges as mandated by UPS shipping rates.  (Additional weight charges will not exceed $50.)

Note: All over weight packages – You will be contacted by our shipping department with full shipping cost quote prior to your merchandise shipment.

Note:  If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay regular UPS shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All Overweight Item charges apply.

Note:  Separate charges apply to Overweight items like bike racks, trainers and workstands.
