GENERAL CONDITIONS:

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Prices quoted are based on air fares and
current exchange rates in effect at time of printing and are subject
to change. NOTE: All airfares are subject to Federal Tax changes.
If additional taxes are assessed, fares are subject to change.

NOT INCLUDED:Meals, or any item of a personal nature such as laundry, medical services, cigarettes, etc. Any item not specifically
mentioned within the itinerary as well as transportation between home, city and airport.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: A deposit of $900 per person is
required to secure reservations of the tour. Payment in full is due
and payable as listed in the schedule below:
  • $900 on or before Aug. 1, 2011
  • $900 Oct. 1, 2011
  • Balance Nov. 1, 2011


    • CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY: The participant has the
    right to cancel his/her reservation and receive a refund as set forth
    in the following schedule. All requests must be made (in writing
    or by telegraphic notice) to Fran Loeber, 308 Evergreen Ave., Westmont, NJ 08108. All refunds will be forwarded to the tour participant within 30 days. If your notice is received prior to Nov. 5, 2011, you will receive a full refund less $50.00; Nov. 6 to Dec.11, 2011, a full refund less $300. Dec. 12 to Jan 10, 2012, a full refund less $500. After Jan 10, 2012 no refund is possible.

    Danzeisen & Quigley is not responsible for accidents, loss, detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from some quarantine, strike force majeure, failure of steamers, trains, motors, planes or any other means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, disturbances, governmental restrictions of regulations, discontinuance or change intransit or hotel services, and other causes over which we have no control.  As the full responsibility of the operation of the vehicles used for these tours rests with the company of operation, recourse for any mishap must be sought in the country where the accident occurs.

    Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made of any tour at any time. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or the passenger.

    INSURANCE: Trip Cancellation, Health. and Accident insurance are available to protect you against unforeseen circumstances which may cause you to interrupt or cancel your trip. Upon request the tour operator will furnish details This insurance is a direct contract between the purchaser and the Insurance Company.
