D&Q’s Indoor Bicycle Training, Early Spring Final Session

This program is specifically tailored towards cyclists, triathletes, and the weekend rider to improve their cycling performance.
Training with power meters/trainers allows the coach/athlete to accurately monitor athletes training, unlike heart rate and perceived exertion based training. Not only will you learn how power based training works, but also you will be given specific power zones after initial testing is completed. This way each workout will be tailored to YOUR fitness level.

- 12 training sessions (Tuesday’s at 7:30pm, Sunday’s at 10:30am Feb 14, 19, 21, 26, 28, March 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25)
